Workout for Water - General Workout
Grab your friends and come out for this workout! No special training required. Anyone can do it!
Teams of 4
Each person will carry one of these as they move from station to station
- One 35lb kettle bell
- One 25lb water jug
- One 25lb plate
- One 14lb medball
At the start, one team member will run forward a set distance (approximately 30m). They will pick up whatever item (listed above) they wish and perform 15 squats with it. Once finished, this releases the next teammate to run forward and join them. The second person will now pick up a different item and perform 15 squats with it. Once finished, this will release the third person and so on.
Once all 4 people have performed their 15 squats, each with a different item, the entire team will then travel X distance (400-800m) to Station 2.
At station 2, there will be 5 cards to pick from. Each card will feature a location that Neverthirst serves with clean water projects. On the opposite side of each card will be a rep number and an exercise.
The team will pick up their first card, performing all the reps indicated on the back of the card. All partners can work at the same time to accumulate reps.
After the first card is completed, the team will pick a second card, finish the reps, and then finish with their third card.

Cambodia: 80 ground to top of box - box jump or step-up
India: 100 Situps
Uganda: 80 American KB swings
Chad: 400 Single-unders
Nepal: 100 Step lunges with instruments
Once 3 cards are completed, the team will grab their items and travel X distance (400-800m) to Station 3.
There will be a bucket on the ground surrounded by 100 blue poker chips scattered on the ground. For every burped they will pick up one chip and toss it in the bucket to fill it up. All partners can work at the same time.
Once all 100 chips are in the bucket, the team will grab their items and travel X distance (400 m) to finish line.
